Personal information is collected to provide workshop services, send confirmations, communicate updates, and improve our educational programs.
By submitting your information, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in this policy.
We use your information solely for workshop administration, educational communications, and service improvements. We do not sell or rent personal information.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined, typically 2 years after your last workshop participation.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
You may request access to your personal information by emailing privacy@ficed.works. We will respond within 30 days.
Personal information may be processed in other provinces or territories of Canada but will not be transferred outside Canada without explicit consent.

Aurora Tech Forge provides educational workshops, digital prototyping training, and innovation lab access across Canada.
You agree to use our services respectfully, lawfully, and in accordance with all applicable regulations and safety guidelines.
Participants must follow safety protocols, respect equipment, and maintain a collaborative learning environment.
Workshop materials, curricula, and content remain our intellectual property. Participant creations belong to the participants.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in British Columbia courts.

Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the workshop start date, no questions asked.
Refunds apply to workshop fees paid directly to Aurora Tech Forge. Third-party bookings may have different terms.
If we cancel a workshop, full refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
Requests made 7-14 days before the event may receive a 50% refund. No refunds for requests within 7 days of the event.
Full refunds available for documented medical emergencies or family emergencies, regardless of timing.
Once digital materials are accessed, refunds may be prorated based on content consumption.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Submit refund requests to refunds@ficed.works with your booking confirmation and reason for cancellation.
For events cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we offer full credit toward future workshops or full refunds.
